Gayle’s professional journey began in healthcare, where she spent 15 years working as a cardiac nurse in Florida after earning her degree in Physiology from UCLA. Her nursing career instilled in her a strong commitment to helping others, solving problems, and guiding people through important life decisions.
Having always had a passion for real estate, Gayle earned her real estate license in 2004 and joined forces with Graham Farran at John L. Scott Real Estate. Together, they became one of the company’s top-performing teams, ranking in the top 1% in sales.
Graham later took on a leadership role as Sales Manager at Keller Williams, further expanding their combined experience in the real estate industry.
In 2009, Graham and Gayle founded Expert Properties, bringing their experience, knowledge, and shared vision together to create a company focused on serving property owners and buyers.
During the real estate downturn, they recognized that many homeowners were unable to sell their properties without taking significant financial losses. Rather than simply waiting for the market to recover, they expanded Expert Properties to include property management, giving homeowners an alternative: rent their properties until selling became a better financial decision.
What began as a solution to a difficult market became an important part of the company’s mission.
Today, Expert Properties combines real estate sales, property management, and vacation rentals, offering clients the flexibility to explore their options with one experienced team.
For Gayle, real estate has always been about more than buying and selling property. It’s about helping people make informed decisions, protect their investments, and create opportunities for their future.

Ginger is a Southern Oregon native with deep roots in the Rogue Valley. She grew up on a cattle ranch in Williams, Oregon, which shaped her practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic.
She has a background in property management and real estate investing, and has bought and sold multiple homes, self-managed rentals, and currently owns a rental property. This gives her a clear understanding of real estate from both the buyer and investor perspective, as well as what it takes to maintain and manage a property successfully.
She is also a former teacher, which gives her added insight into local schools and school districts—something especially valuable for families relocating to the area.
Her experience in property management provides strong knowledge of rental markets, tenant-landlord laws, and the factors that influence a home’s long-term performance. She also enjoys home projects and has a sharp eye when it comes to inspections, helping clients spot both opportunities and potential concerns.
She is committed to keeping the process straightforward and helping clients feel informed and confident in their decisions.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors, playing piano, and being with her kids.

As a long-time resident of the Rogue Valley, Jessica is deeply invested in the growth of our community. She is a fervent advocate for youth arts, frequently dedicating her time to supporting the Teen Musical Theater of Oregon (TMTO) and the Craterian Theater.
